There are two hotel bars offering an aperitif or post dinner drink, as well as the poolside bar. Guests can relax in the outdoor swimming pool with a separate pool for children, or soak up the rays on the sun drenched terraces. Fitness enthusiasts can use the gym, with sauna and steambath, or play tennis on the hotel courts, which are floodlit at night. The hotel's conference room provides facilities for business seminars, and there is a parking garage onsite (fee). Guests, regardless of age can enjoy a day trip to the theme parks. Aqualand Park is one kilometer away and Tierra Mitica Adventure Park is within two kilometers. Alicante Airport is 55 kilometers from the hotel.

From the airport, a shuttle bus departs to the Avenida Europa shopping
center in Benidorm at 10:30 AM, 2.30 PM, 5.30 PM and 9:30 PM. The shuttle bus returns to the airport every four hours between 8 AM and 10 PM.
From Alicante Airport, head towards Valencia, Exit 65.
Turn onto Av. Europa, continue until the roundabout,
Then turn left onto Av. Mediterraneo.
