Location. The Cavo Tagoo Mykonos is located in Mykonos Town, Greece, within 600 metres of the bars and shops of the old town of Mykonos and five kilometres from Mykonos Airport. It is an ideal base for shopping, beach visits and the town's famous nightlife.
Hotel Features. The Cavo Tagoo Mykonos is a seaview hotel with a whitewashed facade, blending into the surrounding traditional Cycladian architecture. The lobby, where you can browse wireless Internet over a coffee, is a cool white with splashes of colour. Babysitting and concierge services are available.
The hotel's Mediterraneo restaurant, overlooking the sea, serves regional dishes such as Fricasee of Lamb in an Egg Lemon Sauce and a local seafood catch of the day. There is also a poolside bar, and the American buffet breakfast is complimentary.
There are indoor and outdoor pools at the Cavo Tagoo, and the nearby beaches offer water sports, including jet skiing, motor boating and scuba diving. Scooters can be hired at the hotel.
Guestrooms. The 69 rooms and suites have cool decor with bright accents, views of the sea from balconies, DVD players, satellite television and minibars. Four poster beds and jetted bathtubs add a decadent touch, and the bathrooms also offer designer toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Some of the suites and rooms feature private pools.
Expert Tip.The south coast beaches are the most popular on the island, and can get crowded in the summer. The north coast also has plenty of beaches. Paradise and Super Paradise are mixed nudist beaches, and the most famous party beaches in the area.
